Return Conditions
You can return the goods within 14 calendar days from delivery. The product must be unused, in 100% condition, free from damage or dirt, and in its original packaging.
You have the right to use the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. The product may be handled and inspected only in the same way as you would in a physical store.

Returns are handled through our trusted logistics partner, Packeta. To make the process easier and more affordable, we use local return addresses across Europe. This means you do not need to send the package directly to our warehouse in Slovakia. Returned parcels are first collected at a local return point and then forwarded to our warehouse. Because of this process, delivery to us may take longer, in some cases up to 14 days.
Important: Please make sure to include our E-Shop Return ID when addressing your package. This identifier allows the system to correctly register your return and route it safely to our warehouse. Without the Return ID, we cannot guarantee delivery and cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
How to pack the product and what to include in the package?
- Pack the product so that it does not get damaged during transport. You can also use the original packaging – it is a more eco-friendly choice.
- Include the completed form inside the package. If you don’t have access to a printer, you can also send the form by email. To avoid errors, we recommend typing your IBAN number in the email if a refund to a bank account is needed.
- The product must be returned in 100% condition, unused, undamaged, clean, and in the original packaging.
When and how will I receive my refund?
If the returned product meets the conditions, we will refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the package is delivered.
- For online payments, the refund will be sent to the account linked to the card used for payment.
- If you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, please provide your IBAN for the refund.

Send the package without cash on delivery. Packages with COD will be refused. To speed up processing, please do not use the service “registered letter”. We also recommend insuring the shipment.
In this case, the shipping costs are not reimbursed.
